From the Markeaton island on the A38, take the exit signposted A52 towards Ashbourne. After 1/2 mile, turn left onto Prince Charles Avenue. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Holbourn Drive then take the first right onto Tufnell Gardens. As you drive round, the Old Surgery is on the left. Limited parking is available.
