From the Markeaton island on the A38, take the exit signposted A52 (Ashbourne Road) towards Derby. After 1/2 mile, the road splits into 2 lanes. Stay in the right hand lane and turn right at the traffic lights onto Uttoxeter Old Road. After approximately 200 yards turn left on to South Street and then immediately right onto Vernongate. Number 4 is at the far end of the building on your right. Free on-site parking is available.
